One certain thing that stands out about Hong Kong are little carts called Hawkers. My parents are natives of Hong Kong and they always reminisce on how delicious the foods in these Hawkers were. They serve snacks such as fishballs and butzaigo (pudding), but these carts are known best for their bowl noodles. In these bowl noodles, the ingredients are based from the customer. As a customer, different foods can be put in your noodles such as sausages, beef balls, and various other meats and vegetables. There is an enormous variety of food to experience in Hong Kong, and the atmosphere is like no other.
This is the chinese snacks or meal called Dim Sum.
